As vice president, customer operations, Julie Dragoo leads the organization’s customer service and customer facing operations functions: customer call center and business solutions, billing services, metering operations, credit and collections, customer data analytics, and other customer support functions. Ms. Dragoo brings a breadth of experience leading operational teams across multiple locations, enhancing financial performance, customer service and fostering a collaborative team environment adaptable to changing business needs.

Ms. Dragoo holds a bachelor of science in business finance from Emporia State University and an Executive MBA from the University of Missouri Kansas City.

An active community leader, Ms. Dragoo has participated in the Centurions Leadership Program, as well as the Greater Missouri Leadership Challenge.
